Gans Mandi Terms and Conditions

1. Account Eligibility

To register and use a Gans Mandi account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gans Mandi does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for personal use only. Corporate or commercial account registration is not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or agent of Gans Mandi, or a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been granted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms, either voluntarily through Gans Mandi or through a third-party self-exclusion tool.

Gans Mandi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

When registering an account with Gans Mandi, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. You must use your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.
• Your login credentials — username and password — are confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your account details with any other person. Gans Mandi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by you sharing your credentials.
• You must notify Gans Mandi support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Account balances, bonuses and winnings are non-transferable between accounts or to third parties.

Gans Mandi uses standard industry security measures to protect account data. However, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your own login information and device.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Gans Mandi accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfers. All payment methods must be in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant or near-instant. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the sending institution.
• Gans Mandi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are made for gaming purposes only. Gans Mandi is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• Any deposit suspected to be made in error, or arising from unauthorised use of a payment method, will be investigated and may be reversed pending verification.

Gans Mandi may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any point, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued use of the platform.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Gans Mandi are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their original source.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are listed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard processing times apply; VIP members at higher tiers receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed.
• Gans Mandi reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid ID document.
• Winnings from free credits or no-deposit bonuses may have specific maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

If you have not made a successful deposit prior to requesting a withdrawal, additional verification steps will apply before the withdrawal is processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Gans Mandi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer as well as these general bonus conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be bet before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are for eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — such as whether an offer applies to new registrations, existing players or specific deposit amounts — are stated clearly with each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is typically used first for bets unless a specific bonus is activated.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Gans Mandi reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been claimed, any wagering already completed will be taken into account fairly.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds above any stated cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Gans Mandi platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and any other markets offered.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; the odds at confirmation time are final.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option is available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• Gans Mandi reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Bets on matches or events that are abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified time period may be voided depending on the rules for the specific market. Settlement rules for each sport are available within the platform.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits may vary by sport, market type and player tier.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Gans Mandi's decision on result-related disputes is final.
• Arbitrage betting, exploiting price differences, or any form of systematic abuse of the betting markets is prohibited. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity will have bets voided and accounts reviewed.
• For cricket markets including PSL and T20 internationals, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or equivalent official rain rule applies where relevant to settlement.

7. Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games and live dealer games at Gans Mandi are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The following rules apply to all casino activity on the platform.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently tested and certified for fairness by the software providers. Results are random and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Gans Mandi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Underage gambling or failure to complete age verification when requested.
• Operation of multiple accounts under any name, device or payment method.
• Bonus abuse, including fraudulent bonus claims or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion, match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate sporting event outcomes or casino game results.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at Gans Mandi staff or other platform users.
• Any other behaviour that Gans Mandi determines to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Gans Mandi reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances on legitimately closed accounts (not in breach) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard processing procedures.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, provided there are no outstanding verification, withdrawal or investigation matters.

10. General Provisions

The following general provisions apply to your use of Gans Mandi and these Terms and Conditions as a whole.
